Your Kenzai trainer is your partner through the ups and down of serious training. You'll have their personal attention and support every day of our program.

NUTRITIONIST:

Our nutrition team works with you to design your ideal training diet every week of your plan, taking any preferences or allergies into account. As your body changes, your diet will change to keep you on track.

PLATFORM:

You'll train on our dedicated platform, with daily lessons, tutorial videos, an ever-evolving Q & A, and a strong community of other trainees working towards their goals.
